How does the subscription work?

Choose your preferred size and how many hats you want delivered each month (1, 2, or 3). Each month, you’ll receive a curated selection from our rotation.

Can I choose specific colors or styles?

No. Colors are selected as part of our monthly rotation. This allows us to offer exclusive pricing and variety. Specific color requests cannot be guaranteed.

What styles are included in the rotation?

Only plain stretch hats or EZ Wrap styles included in the subscription rotation are sent.
Striped hats, limited editions, and custom print styles are not included.

What sizes are available?

Subscriptions are available in sizes 14", 16", and 18".
All hats in your subscription will be sent in your selected size.

When will my subscription ship?

Subscriptions ship once per month. Your billing date determines your monthly shipment cycle.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

es. You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account. Changes must be made before your next billing date.

Yes. Size changes can be made through your customer account before your next billing cycle.

Is shipping included in the subscription price?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and billed with your subscription order.

Can I use a discount code with my subscription?

Subscription pricing already includes a built-in discount and cannot be combined with additional promo codes.
