Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order headwear items are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
Please double-check colors, measurements, and customization details before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of headwear and hygiene considerations, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- photos of the item, and
- a description of the issue.
Approved issues may qualify for a replacement or store credit.
