Q: When will my order ship?

A: All items are made after orders are placed, it could take anywhere from 3-14 days depending on the item(s) ordered. Should you require your item sooner we do provide a rush service at a cost of $10 extra (we only do 3 rush orders per day, please contact us for this service).

Q: I received a notification that my order was shipped, but why am I not seeing my tracking info ?

A: You received an email notification when we created your shipping label, but your tracking info won't be updated until it's scanned and received by the shipping carrier, you will be able to track within 24 hrs.

Q: I saw one of your items on Facebook that I wanted to purchase, but now I can't find it in your store, how can I get it?

A: Sometimes some of the fabrics buy, our suppliers do not restock that fabric, so it would no longer be available. You can also contact us to find out if we will be bringing the item back. If a product is still listed on our site but has a sold out button, it will most likely be restocked, so you can check back soon.

Q: Can I request a custom item?

A: Yes, to do so please get in touch here.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A:  Unfortunately we do not. 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: An order can be cancelled within 24 hrs of purchasing. If you request a cancellation of an order after the 24 hour time period you will be charged a handling fee of $10.00, a refund would be then issued within 48 hours after the request was made.
