Made-to-Order Policy

All Wrap With Jahfya items are made just for you after an order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as preference, timing, or fit.


Damages or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@wrapwithjahfya.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to damage or error, it will be handled through our support team.


    Cancellations

    Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only, provided production has not begun.

    A 15% restocking/processing fee will apply.
    Sale items are not eligible for cancellation.
