Made-to-Order Production
All Wrap With Jahfya items are made just for you. Each piece is created after your order is placed. Because of this, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Production time is separate from shipping time and may vary depending on the item and order volume.
Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive safely and on time! Here's what you need to know about how we ship.
Domestic Orders (United States) All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Processing typically takes 1 - 2 weeks before your order ships.
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, overnight shipping is not available.
Shipping Time & Estimates
Once production is complete, your order will ship using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Any delivery dates shown by the carrier or on the tracking page are estimates only and are not guaranteed. These estimates are provided by the carrier and do not account for delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout and are weight-based. Item weights can be found on individual product pages.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Orders
International orders are shipped via USPS & UPS. Delivery times vary by destination, and the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival.
Processing Times Please allow1-2 weeks to process your order before it ships. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

If an international order is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Tracking updates for international shipments may be limited depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for checking with their local postal service if tracking is not updating.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Wrap With Jahfya as unclaimed, a store credit will be issued minus shipping costs.
