Made-to-Order & Hygiene Policy

All Wrap With Jahfya items are made-to-order and/or hygiene-sensitive. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

• Damages or Incorrect Items

  In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@wrapwithjahfya.com within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

• Cancellations

  Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production begins, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
