SHIPPING & RETURNS


Returns Policy

You may return items in 
their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and free of damage within 14 days of delivery for returns or online store.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All store credit is issued minus shipping fees.

Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.

You should expect to receive your store within 48-72 business hours of inspection after the items are returned. 


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping:

We ship via USPS or UPS.

FREE SHIPPING. Whenever we offer "FREE SHIPPING" it applies to the US only. Free shipping orders are 16 ounces and under and ships via  First Class Mail. 

Express Shipping:

USPS Priority Mail  is not Express or overnight mail. Due to the fact that our items are made to order, we do not offer overnight shipping.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, the carrier calculates the shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the item detail page. 

NB: THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING PAGE VIA THE CARRIER IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS THE CARRIER’S BEST ESTIMATE AS TO WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE VIA THE SELECTED SERVICE WITHOUT DELAYS ON THEIR END. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED. 

International Customers: 

 You are responsible for any possible custom fees and or additional fees. We DO NOT pay your customs or import fees.

If you refuse to pay the custom fees and import fees and the package is returned to us you are responsible for the re shipping fees.

By purchasing our products, you agree to the following:

  • You are fully responsible for the tracking of your items once it leaves Wrap With Jahfya's offices and you're provided with a tracking number. 
  •  If you live outside of the USA and US territories, you may be subject to import and duty fees. 

Please note: Depending on your location, the carrier may not keep the tracking information updated. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local postal services to see if their items have arrived to any country outside of the United States. Once the package leaves the offices of Wrap With Jahfya, and the customer is provided with a tracking number, Wrap With Jahfya no longer has control of the the item. If any item is marked as "delivered", Wrap With Jahfya will not process a credit for the item. If a package is returned to Wrap With Jahfya because it was marked as "unclaimed", Wrap With Jahfya will process a store credit (minus the shipping costs) for the item(s). 

 

 

 UNCLAIMED RETURNS:

 Please be advised that item returned to us for ANY reason you will be contacted, should you fail to respond we will keep your items for 30 days after which we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the items. You will be responsible for the re-shipping fees for your items. ONLY if the item was returned due to an error on our end then we are responsible for the re-shipping fees.

 

 Disclaimer:

You would be emailed a tracking # to the email you signed up with. If you check out as guest you do not receive any information as there is nothing on file. Please track your package(s) using the tracking number emailed to you. We are not responsible for ANY incorrect address information that you provided.PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER. Should you require an address change, we will cancel your order and you will then re order with the correct information. 

All items are made after orders are placed, it could take anywhere from 3-14 days depending on the item(s) ordered. Should you require your item sooner we do provide a rush service at a cost of $10 extra (we only do 3 rush orders per day, please contact us for this service).
